Set up a prompt once and Tanka will proactively deliver what you need, when you need it. Reclaim your time and let automation handle the tedious work.
How to Use
Go to the “Chat” Tab
Click on your AI Assistant
Click on the magic stick button “🪄” on the bottom of the input box
Click on “+ New Prompt” to enter your quick prompt
You can also set a timer for how often you want it to run (e.g., "Every morning at 8:30 AM").
If you don’t want to set a timer, you can just save the prompt and click on the magic stick to reuse it every time.
Tips
Use this for more than just news! Automate requests for summarizing unread messages, generating pre-meeting agendas, or tracking project updates from your team.
