Manage Google and Outlook Calendar

Use Case

You're a busy professional juggling a corporate job that uses Outlook, a freelance gig managed through Google Calendar, and personal appointments tracked on your phone. To plan your day, you have to open three different apps, mentally stitching together your schedule and constantly cross-referencing to avoid conflicts. You’ve already missed one client call because it was on your Google Calendar, which you forgot to check after a morning full of Outlook meetings. The mental overhead is exhausting and inefficient.

Tanka's calendar integration solves this fragmentation. By securely linking your Outlook, Google, and device calendars, Tanka creates a single, unified view of your entire life. Now, your 10 AM work meeting, 2 PM freelance deadline, and 5 PM doctor's appointment all appear in one clean, chronological feed. You can manage everything—viewing, attending, and creating events—from one app, eliminating the stress, the risk of errors, and the time wasted switching between tabs.

How to Use

  1. Navigate to the 'Link' tab.

  2. Click on the "Outlook Calendar", "Google Calendar", or "Device Calendar" icons and securely link your calendars to Tanka with a few clicks.

  3. Once connected, visit your "Calendar" section in the “Chat” tab.

  4. All your calendar events will be automatically imported.

  5. You can also create or delete an event directly.

Tips

  • Use Tanka's AI Assistant to ask natural language questions about your schedule, like "What meetings do I have tomorrow?" to get a quick summary of events from all your linked calendars.
